The Membership Sales Director should maintain full understanding of MAHAM Studio Miami Beach & the MAHAM brand. Represent the MAHAM brand to the best ability. Introduce MAHAM into new markets and prospect member communities, positioning MAHAM as the premier group fitness/yoga facility. Introduce contacts to MAHAM as a welcoming community and culture that encourages a personal lifestyle practice. Achieve sales goals by connecting the right match of prospect guests and interests for MAHAM. Deliver contacts, relationships and ideal prospects to MAHAM Studio. Provide and maintain database of members and prospect members, companies and contacts. Constantly recognize service opportunities and areas of development and improvement. Provide readily information and assistance to prospect guests and groups as well as to internal communications and operations. Facilitate, coordinate and host the MAHAM experience.
Welcome prospects & provide information and assistance to all guest, members and visitors of MAHAM.
Achieve monthly membership prospecting and sales goals.
Research and attend networking events in the community to prospect new members and represent MAHAM.
Provide MAHAM branded presentations and facility tours.
Contact prospect members and welcome them to the MAHAM studio, events, and classes.
Selling and contracting annual and monthly memberships.
Selling and contracting corporate membership groups.
Coordinates SOP for sign-ups, including logistics to support phone, walk-in and web registration.
Take total responsibility of membership sign ups, processing and maintenance.
Maintain membership base, new member on boarding, follow up phone calls, member mixers, and announcements.
Run membership ACH reports in a timely matter.
Coordinates with marketing efforts to maximize enrollments and provides ongoing support to the Operations Director on related projects.
Provide weekly sales reports to management.
Attend weekly staff meetings.
Monthly present commission report, membership, renewal data and ledger.
Proactive in developing and executing membership sales, promotions and perks.
Participate in planning and promoting membership events and represent and Create quarterly new member promotions.
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent sales skills and previous supervisory experience in customer service preferred. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
MAHAM studio hosts are the first contact point for clients and potential clients. Seeking friendly and outgoing individuals to host daily studio functions including class check-in, boutique, tours, phone calls, special events, etc. If you’re into fitness, wellness and yoga that’s a plus!
Provide outstanding sales and customer service - Answering phones
recommending classes, greeting customers, troubleshooting issues in person by phone or email.
Accurately check in clients, sell retail, workshops, packages and gift cards, as well as private sessions and special groups.
Opening and closing operations
Strong communication with management and with other team members, all communications are expected to be professional.
Maintain a clean and organized retail, spa, and studio space throughout regular tasks, keep retail area straightened and stocked at all times, studios & main areas clean and props organized.
Assist and complete projects as directed by studio manager or owner.
Must have the ability to take initiative, prioritize, and effectively execute tasks

Must have a positive, can-do, team player attitude
Knowledge of MindBody Online software
Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or related field
